Cathy Horyn, the New York Time's chief fashion critic, is leaving the paper to spend more time with her ailing partner, Liz Claiborne co-founder Art Ortenberg. The news comes less than two weeks before the start of New York Fashion Week and will be the first time in many years fashion followers will be without her biting takes.
